Dacely D. Garcia is an experienced State and Federal criminal defense attorney. She is an aggressive advocate for her clients, but also brings a compassionate side to her practice. Ms. Garcia has successfully defended major criminal cases in State and Federal courts throughout the Southern District of California. While her practice focuses primarily in criminal defense law, she will occasionally represent petitioners and respondents in restraining orders. Ms. Garcia also accepts civil rights matters on a case by case basis.

Attorney Garcia has been zealously advocating for clients since her initial days in law school when she interned for both Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc. and the Office of the Public Defender of San Diego. She was a judicial intern for the San Diego Superior Court, as well as a student member of the California Innocence Project in San Diego, an organization dedicated to releasing wrongfully convicted inmates.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Garcia joined the premier law firm of Bardsley & Carlos, LLC, as Of Counsel attorney. Ms. Garcia opened the Law Offices of Dacely D. Garcia in the same year. In 2006, Ms. Garcia’s law practice became A Professional Law Corporation. To this date, Ms. Garcia continues her commitment to passionately representing clients in both State and Federal criminal court and obtaining impressive results.
